Earlier on Tuesday, May 19, it was revealed that upwards of 35 new banks and credit unions had begun accepting Apple Pay. Now, add a new clothing store to the list as well.
It has been confirmed by 9to5Mac, following several tips from shoppers, that Express, a clothing store located across the United States, has indeed begun accepting Apple Pay as a means to checkout. Express joins a pretty short list of clothing stores that accept Pay, but that list includes American Eagle and Bloomingdales. The list of stores accepting Pay will continue to grow, too.
On an international scope, Tim Cook recently told Apple employees in China that Apple Pay is still currently in the works for the region, and that the Apple CEO hopes it will launch there “soon.”
Have you used Apple Pay yet?[via 9to5Mac]
