Apple Stores will begin selling the new Apple TV on October 30

New Apple TV

Earlier this week Apple began taking orders for its latest set-top box, the Apple TV. For those that didn’t order online, a new option is coming soon.

According to a report published by 9to5Mac, Apple will begin in-store sales of the Apple TV 4 beginning Friday, October 30. According to Apple Store retail employees speaking to the publication, the stores are already receiving units to put on the shelves later this week, both for the 32GB model and the 64GB unit. As is par for the course, an overnight marketing shift will happen on Thursday so promotion of the new Apple TV can kick off on Friday.

Of course there won’t be anything different about prices or options when it comes to in-store sales. The 32GB Apple TV will still cost $149, while the 64GB model will retail for $199.

If you didn’t order an Apple TV online, do you plan on picking one up in a store?
