Apple’s March event rumored to be pushed back to March 22

Leaked iPhone 5se leaked schematics

Throughout February, word on the street had Apple hosting an event on March 15, where the company would unveil a new iPad, a new iPhone, and new bands for the Apple Watch.

According to a report initially published by UnderKG, and citing unnamed sources, Apple’s March event has been pushed back by one week, to Tuesday, March 22. The source says that Apple employees have been asked to keep the days around March 22 free. Unfortunately the report doesn’t seem to have any additional information tagging along with it, so take this with an obvious grain of salt.

As it stands, Apple’s March event is looking to be pretty busy. A recent report has outlined that instead of an iPad Air 3, Apple is actually planning on launching a 9.7-inch iPad Pro, with support for the Apple Pencil and Smart Connector to go along with it. The iPhone 5se is still believed to be present at the show, along with the new straps for the Apple Watch. Earlier rumors suggested that device and accessory sales could go live on Friday, March 18, but this new rumor would put that into contention.

Are you looking forward to a 9.7-inch iPad Pro or the 4-inch iPhone 5se?
