Apple has seeded the second public beta for OS X El Capitan 10.11.5 for testing purposes.
Apple has officially seeded the second public beta for OS X El Capitan 10.11.5. It’s been four weeks since Apple released OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 to the public, and two weeks since Apple seeded the first public beta of the upcoming software to public testers.
For those who have signed up for the public beta of OS X, the new software is available in the Mac App Store through the Update tab. For those who haven’t signed up yet, but want to, simply go here.
As far as what’s new, it looks like OS X El Capitan 10.11.5 is a minor update, with tweaks and improvements behind-the-scenes. However, if anything is discovered in the public beta, we’ll update accordingly.
