Google has decided to update its Gmail app for iOS, which is designed for both iPhone and iPad.
It’s a sizable update at that, with Google boasting about an all-new look, which offers sleeker transitions, and is, according to the company, “a lot faster.” Gestures within the app are smoother, too, like arching and deleting messages. The other big addition: Undo Send. Now, once you send an email, there will be a slider that appears at the bottom of the display that offers to undo the option, if you do desire.
There are new spelling suggestions within the app as well, and Google boasts about search results that are now “instant.” There is no unified inbox in this update, however, so you’ll still be swapping between accounts.
The new version of Gmail is available now, and a link to download it is below.
