Apple Discontinues the iPad mini 2

The iPad mini 2 has been around for quite some time, long enough to see the iPad mini 4 arrive on the scene, in fact.

But that time has come to an end. Apple has officially discontinued the iPad mini 2. The tablet launched way back in November of 2013, so it had a good run. This news shouldn’t be all that surprising, not only with the iPad Air 2 getting replaced with a new 9.7-inch iPad that starts at $329, but also the iPad mini 4 with 128GB of built-in storage starting at $399 now.

Did you ever own an iPad mini 2? If so, do you still use it to this day, or did you move on to another iPad model?
