Luca Todesco has released the fourth beta of the iOS 10 Yalu jailbreak, just a few weeks after the third beta was released which made the iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak more stable for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
The fourth beta adds support for iOS 10.0.x firmware on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, as well as support for Cydia Substrate. This means that the Yalu jailbreak now supports iOS 10.0.x – iOS 10.1.1 on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
The new update is a great news for iPhone 7 owners who’re running on iOS 10.0.x, as the jailbreak was previously available for iOS 10.1 – iOS 10.1.1 only. With the new update, iPhone 7 users can easily jailbreak their devices even if they’re on iOS 10.0.x. You can download the latest version of the Yalu jailbreak and Cydia Impactor from our download Yalu jailbreak page. If you need help, then check our step-by-step guide:
The jailbreak process is quite simple, you have to sideload the new Yalu jailbreak with Cydia Impactor and then launch the Yalu app on your iPhone 7 to jailbreak.
The iOS 10.2 jailbreak is still available to 64-bit devices only, except for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. As for iOS 10.3 – iOS 10.3.2, there’s no jailbreak available, but the Pangu team has already demoed a working jailbreak tool for this firmware.
Rumors had it that Pangu would release the jailbreak as soon as iOS 10.3.2 was rolled out to the public. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen and we’re still waiting for an update on the progress of this jailbreak. It might be possible that the team is waiting for iOS 10.3.3 to be released because it is currently in beta and could be released anytime soon.
We’ll keep you updated on the progress of the iOS 10.3 – iOS 10.3.2 jailbreak. Until then, stay tuned!
