iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and Apple Watch Series 5 Are Now on Sale

The iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and the Apple Watch Series 5 have gone on sale across the world starting today. Customers who had pre-ordered the devices have also started receiving it. Apple has also shared some photos from its retail store in Tokyo, Japan where customers can already purchase the new iPhones or the Apple Watch Series 5.

Customers who had lined up outside the Apple Store in Australia, New Zealand, and other parts of the world have already got their hands on the iPhone 11 or the iPhone 11 Pro. In other parts of the world where the devices were up for pre-order over the last week, they will go on sale at 8 a.m. local time.

In some countries like India, the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro will go on sale later this month on September 27th. Pre-order for the new iPhones have also started from today.

The iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro are powered by Apple’s A13 Bionic chip and feature improved battery life over their predecessor. The iPhone 11 Pro is rated to last up to four hours more than the iPhone XS while the iPhone 11 Pro Max will last up to five hours more than the iPhone XS Max. The iPhone 11 Pro series also ships with an 18W USB-C fast charger that can charge them from 0-50% in just 30 minutes.

All three new iPhones feature an improved rear camera setup as well. While the iPhone 11 now features a dual-camera setup, the iPhone 11 Pro series features a triple-camera setup which includes a new 12MP ultra-wide angle sensor. All three phones can record 4K videos at 60fps from any of the camera sensors. They also feature an improved TrueDepth 12MP camera at the front with a slightly wider field of view. The front camera can also record 4K videos as well as ‘slofies.’
