Apple Card is now offering cashback on Nike. Apple was already offering 3% cashback on Uber, T-Mobile, and Walgreens. Now the company has extended the same for Nike stores.
At this point in time, the Nike cashback is valid for purchases from Nike Retail stores, SNKRS, Nike Running Club and Nike app. Furthermore, Apple has promised that Apple Pay support will soon be extended to nike.com aswell. This is not the first time Apple has collaborated with Nike. They have been offering Nike-Apple watch models and offers on Apple Pay.
Typically, Apple offers a 1% daily cashback on all transactions. However, the company has tied up with brands like Nike, Uber and offers 3% cashback. Needless to say, you need to use Apple Card for the transaction. Apple also offers 3% cashback on Apple hardware and money spent on services. Apple puts on a disclaimer that says, the brands that participate in a 3% cashback offer are subjected to change.
Apple Wallet and Apple Pay are deeply integrated. The integration means that one can use Apple Card and all transactions done via it will be neatly shown inside the Wallet app. The integration means one can easily sign up for Apple Card right from their iPhone using the Wallet app and start using it with Apple Pay. Apple Card will work where Apple Pay is accepted — online or offline — and in case Apple Pay is not supported, Apple is offering a physical card as well.
Apple claims that user privacy and security will be of utmost importance. It is for this reason that the company doesn’t share any of the transaction data with Goldman Sachs or other third parties. If you have any questions about Apple Card, check our Apple Card FAQ.[via Apple]
