Apple has released the third developer beta builds of macOS 10.15.4, tvOS 13.4, and watchOS 6.2. Registered developers can now download and install the latest beta builds of macOS, tvOS, and watchOS through OTA or via the Apple Developer Center.
One week after releasing the second developer beta versions of macOS 10.15.4, tvOS 13.4, and watchOS 6.2, Apple has followed up with the third developer beta versions of its operating systems. Expect these builds to graduate from developer betas to public betas sometime next week.
With the first beta build of macOS 10.15.4, Apple introduced time-synchronized lyrics inside the Music app, bringing the popular iOS (and iPadOS) feature to Macs for the first time. With the beta version of tvOS 13.4, it became apparent that the Cupertino-based firm is working on an updated Apple TV 4K, probably with a faster, A12 Bionic processor.
The second beta version of watchOS 6.2 brought a way for developers to create and sell universal apps to users that will also work across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS. It also supports in-app purchases and paid apps.
Apple hasn’t released an official changelog for macOS 10.15.4 Beta 3, tvOS 13.4 Beta 3, and watchOS 6.2 Beta 3, but we expect that the company has killed some bugs and improved the performance and stability of its operating systems. Apple has also released iOS 13.4 Beta 3 and iPadOS 13.4 Beta 3 to developers today.
