MacRumors has just reported that Apple plans to offer live stream of its special event on October 16.

The event will be live streamed on Apple’s website and through a dedicated channel on Apple TV, just like last month’s iPhone 6 and Apple Watch event.

Apple traditionally makes these streams available through iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV. The event is expected to feature the unveiling of the iPhone 6 and so-called iWatch, potentially alongside a myriad of other products and services announcements.
