Apple has been acquitted in Mexico’s ‘iFone’ lawsuit which now means that the company can sell iPhones in the region without much hassle. Mexican carrier iFone originally filed a trademark infringement suit against Apple for the similarity in the phonetic names ‘iPhone’ and ‘iFone’, thus urging the authorities to restrict Apple from using the name for its smartphone in the region.

Apple didn’t announce any hardware at the WWDC 2014 event, but it’s clear that the Cupertino giant is cooking up the heavily rumored iWatch behind the scenes. A new report from Japan’s Nikkei now claims that the smartwatch will feature a curved OLED display in addition to iOS 8. The report further states that the smartwatch will be released in October.
